We are creating a wonderful space to bring to you courses and healing programmes from the comfort of your own home. Our blend of experience and expertise is creating something super special and we cannot wait to share with you in 2023.

Wow, 2023 is a year of great new beginnings and exciting collaborations. Still in the early stages and I cannot wait to share with you the development of Women's Retreats with incredible women holding an amazing safe space for connection and deep inner healing.
Free Young Minds
Free Young Minds journey began many years ago as a thought an idea and knowing this wasn't something that I would be doing on my own. This year in 2022 it finally arrived with two incredible people Javier Orti and Tessa Grazzini. We started the journey together in May and have now set in motion our plans for 2023 to Change mental health for teens and young adults for good.

We are bringing masterclasses, workshops, resources, programmes and so much more, not just for the teens and young adults but for the parents, teachers and the schools that support them.
